What are LoveLab products made from?
Our toys are made from body-safe silicone (Lipstick is body-safe smooth ABS). All our silicone products are free from BPA and phthalates.
Which lubricant should I use with my toy?
Always use a 100% water-based lubricant with LoveLab toys, and avoid silicone-based lubricants. LoveLab Original and Strawberry are both toy-safe.
Can I use LoveLab lube with condoms?
Yes. LoveLab Original and Strawberry are water-based, so they're safe to use with latex condoms. Avoid oil-based lubricants with condoms, as oil weakens latex and increases the risk of breakage.
How do I clean and store my toy?
Clean before and after every use with warm water and antibacterial soap or a water-based toy cleaner. Dry completely, then store somewhere cool and dry, in the storage bag provided.
Are LoveLab toys waterproof?
Most of our toys are IPX6 water resistant, so they are easy to rinse clean. Please do not fully submerge them in water or put them in the dishwasher. You'll find each product's rating in its specifications.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Our packaging is minimal and elegant, with no suggestive imagery.
