Shipping policy
We currently deliver within South Africa only.
Delivery options and costs
- Standard delivery: R100, delivered in 3–5 business days. Free on orders of R770 or more.
- Express delivery: R150, delivered in 1–2 business days.
Delivery times start from when your order is dispatched. Deliveries to outlying and rural areas may take a few extra days.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched from Gauteng within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Discreet packaging
Every order is shipped in plain outer packaging with no description of what's inside.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Delivery problems
Please check that your delivery address and phone number are correct before placing your order, as the courier may need to contact you. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed deliveries, we may need to charge for re-delivery.
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, please email us at admin@avalanchetrading.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
