2. You must be 18 or older

3. Products and information

We take care to describe and show our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and packaging may change from time to time. Product information is for general guidance only and is not medical advice. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have concerns about allergies or sensitivities, please speak to a healthcare professional before use.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by PayFast; we do not store your card details. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an obvious error, we will contact you before processing your order, and you may choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if a product is out of stock or we suspect fraud). If we do, we will refund any amount you have paid in full.

6. Delivery

We deliver within South Africa. Delivery costs and timeframes are set out in our Shipping policy. Ownership and risk pass to you once the order has been delivered.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your rights to cancel, return and get a refund, including the 7-day cooling-off period and your rights for faulty goods, are set out in our Return and refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

8. Safe use of our products

Please follow the instructions and care guidance included with each product. Use only water-based lubricants with silicone toys. Stop using any product that causes discomfort or irritation. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.

9. Our liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage caused by using a product in a way that does not follow its instructions, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under South African law, including under the Consumer Protection Act.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and our Privacy policy. Your orders are kept private and confidential.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the LoveLab name and logo, text, images and designs, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.
